Naughty Bits #1 Review (NSFW)

Oh, I do want it, just not in the way you think.

Issue number one of Roberta Gregory’s 90s cult classic fires on all cylinders unapologetically embracing its satirical irreverence and mayhem with one banger comic after another. If the front cover wasn’t a caveat enough, the opening comic Crazy Bitches makes it clear from the get-go that no reservations are being held. On the first page, we see a guy named Jeff reading a Fritz the Cat comic which his girlfriend and her friends take a peek at to abject disgust at the comic’s perceived misogyny. What then follows is a debasement of Jeff as the women subject him to the same torment many female characters in underground comix put up with.
